Past and Present Projects

The East Grand House

This property was renovated and converted into a licensed boarding home within the City of Dallas. The purpose of this project was to provide much needed housing for seniors, veterans and adults with mental health issues. The East Grand House has become synonymous with excellence in senior housing as there is often a waiting list.

The Grand Waxahachie

The healthcare community was ecstatic when Founder Nicole Williams renovated this property and converted it into a senior living home as housing options were extremely limited in the area. This house was a great alternative for residents that wanted to receive care from their healthcare provider in a residential setting as opposed to a large long-term care facility. This home along with the staff that is onsite 24/7 provides room and board services along with safety and security for seniors, veterans and adults with mental health issues.

The Glasgow House

This unique cottage- style home is dedicated to Medicaid recipients only and has served as an invaluable resource for Medicaid members in the Dallas, TX community. Our dedication to quality and excellence requires that individuals live in a home that is not only affordable but is visually aesthetic.

The Mount Auburn Duplex

To demonstrate experience and expertise in development and new construction, Founder Nicole Williams was the licensed General Contractor and builder on this duplex that served to revitalize an urban neighborhood in Dallas.
