Transportation is arranged for grocery shopping, pharmacy visits, banking, and personal care services to support daily living and autonomy.
House-Call Medical Coordination For individuals unable to travel, Infinity Cares coordinates house-call services through physicians and nurse practitioners.
Transportation Provider Oversight
Infinity Cares manages scheduling, communication, and coordination with transportation providers to improve reliability and continuity of service.
