2. Benefits Optimization & Cost Reduction

The program works to reduce unnecessary out-of-pocket expenses by identifying healthcare services, supplies, and prescriptions that may already be covered through existing insurance benefits. Infinity Cares Inc. coordinates access to covered services, assists with prescription management, and ensures participants are enrolled in appropriate Medicare or Medicaid plans when eligible.

This component emphasizes education and system navigation to ensure individuals and families fully understand and utilize available benefits.

3. Advocacy With Agencies & Service Providers

Infinity Cares Inc. acts as an advocate and liaison between participants and external agencies, including Medicaid offices, Medicare plans, case managers, and healthcare providers. Advocacy includes follow-up on applications, resolution of administrative barriers, coordination of required assessments, and communication with providers to prevent benefit lapses or service interruptions.
